In this camp, students will learn the fundamentals of several events in track and field. Events covered: Sprints – including starts, relays, Jumps – long jump, triple jump, high jump, throws – shot put, turbo javelin, and hurdles. Students will have the opportunity to learn all of the events, culminating with a mini-meet on the last day of the camp. Beginners and experienced athletes welcome.
